Does Japan Post ship to my country during the pandemic?

EMS and AIR are still suspended for the United States and some other countries. Shipping to those countries has to be changed to DHL or Surface Mail. Otherwise your order will be on hold until EMS and AIR are available again. Please keep in mind that cancellation is not accepted.

A pre-owned product, which we sell, basically comes without a bonus part, such as an original illustration card, unless mentioned in our product page. We refuse a claim that the order lacks the bonus parts.
