All sale is final
No cancellation is allowed once an order is placed.
Also we don’t accept any return/exchange after the delivery of the product unless critical damages/defects, which are not mentioned in the website, are found.
A customer accepts the condition of a pre-owned product
A pre-owned product might have a certain sign of damage or wear out, such as faint scratches and color transfers, which have been caused during standard use of the product.
Payment at the point of order
We request immediate payment for all products in our shop, including pre-orders.
We need 3 - 7 days to ship your order
Sometimes it takes longer than a week for unavoidable reasons. We will update you in such case.

DHL is available for some countries.
DHL is quicker and has better tracking service than EMS. If you want to switch from EMS to DHL, please leave a comment when ordering. Be noted that we cannot do so for some countries or for some size of the package.

Invoice outside the package
In addition to the shipping label, the invoice is attached outside the package for its easy handling at the custom office. We believe it's helpful for EU customers!
