No cancellation is allowed once an order is placed.
Also we don’t accept any return/exchange after the delivery of the product unless critical damages/defects, which are not mentioned in the website, are found.
The "No Cancellation" policy also applies under the Covid emergency. Please be aware of the shipping restriction and make sure to get a quote in advance when you choose DHL.
A customer accepts the condition of a pre-owned product
A pre-owned product might have a certain sign of damage or wear out, such as faint scratches and color transfers, which have been caused during standard use of the product.
Payment at the point of order
We request immediate payment for all products in our shop, excluding pre-orders.
